​"This apartment has a lovely LBGTH history.  Formerly the Pelican Hotel now renovated apartments and restaurant. Right on Bourke Street and about 100m from Taylor Square.  The double glazed windows make the place very quiet during the day and early evening when there is passing traffic. You are part of a local community.  Inside is stylish and understated.  Modern galley kitchen and bedrooms are spacious."
