A Warm Welcome from The Pelican
It all started in 2001 with the purchase of the historic sandstone Surry Hills building.
We, as new owners, didn’t know it then, but the building housed The Pelican Hotel. After 6 years, the hotel was converted into apartments.
Now The Pelican is reborn and operating as short-stay accommodation.
The Pelican is managed by a professional team who takes reservations and assists guests. They are responsible for housekeeping and making your stay comfortable.
We have put our hearts and souls into renovating and decorating our properties and believe they reflect our interest in architecture, art and social history.
